Management

The company is managed by Markus Höfels (born in 1967) and Dr. Matthias Niggemann (born in 1968). Both experts who have worked in the supply and waste disposal sector for many years and have been responsible for the build-up of take-back solutions during that time. Amongst others they were involved in the acceptance of licensing systems, the improvement of material flows and the development of labeling solutions for one-way drinks packaging requiring a mandatory deposit.

With the foundation of NOVENTIZ in 2007 Mr. Höfels and Mr. Niggemann realized a unique licensing concept. Since then the number of employees has permanently grown; management and team are continuously strengthened by external cooperation partners in a target-oriented way.
