18. Are there minimum limits for packaging brought into circulation?
Concerning the obligation to participate in a dual system or to participate in a industrial-specific solution there are no minimum limits, that means that the obligations are valid regardless of how many products or how much packaging are placed on the market provided that this is intended to realize a profit (and not privately without the intent to realize a profit).
This is different in respect to the obligation to submit a declaration of completeness (VE).
