21. Who controls the compliance with the regulations?

In accordance with § 63 KrW-/AbfG (Waste Management Act) the federal agencies are responsible for statutory notices of administrative acts and the prosecution of administrative offences. They are assigned by the federal governements or the authorised authorities as far as this is not regulated by federal law or federal ordinance.
