20. Why should I license transport packaging if there is no control by the declaration of completeness?
Producers and distributors of transport packaging are not subject to the strict regulations of sales packaging but they also have to be taken back after usage and have to be re-used or recycled nevertheless. The government agencies are able to enforce the take-back of transport packaging at “deniers“ and demand a certificate accordingly. The control of the compliance rests with the lower waste management authorities.
