The Direc\u00adti\u00adve then had to be trans\u00adpo\u00adsed into natio\u00adnal law in each EU Mem\u00adber Sta\u00adte. As a result, the basis of pack\u00ada\u00adging legis\u00adla\u00adti\u00adon is the same in all EU count\u00adries, but the details and how it is imple\u00admen\u00adted, vary from coun\u00adtry to coun\u00adtry, resul\u00adting in dif\u00adfe\u00adrent rules.<\/p><p>This means that when you place packa\u00adged pro\u00adducts on the mar\u00adket abroad (e.g., by sel\u00adling them), you have to com\u00adply with natio\u00adnal laws and regu\u00adla\u00adti\u00adons \u2013 and the\u00adse may vary great\u00adly.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
