The basic prin\u00adci\u00adple is that the pro\u00addu\u00adcer bears the cos\u00adts of coll\u00adec\u00adtion and reco\u00advery of the WEEE from pri\u00adva\u00adte house\u00adholds (B2C). In this con\u00adtext, the pro\u00addu\u00adcer pro\u00advi\u00addes an insol\u00adven\u00adcy-pro\u00adof gua\u00adran\u00adtee that ensu\u00adres the ongo\u00ading finan\u00adcial covera\u00adge of the take-back and dis\u00adpo\u00adsal of all the equip\u00adment pla\u00adced on the mar\u00adket. The gua\u00adran\u00adtee appli\u00ades when the\u00adre is no com\u00adpa\u00adny that can be held respon\u00adsi\u00adble for the dis\u00adpo\u00adsal of WEEE, for exam\u00adp\u00adle in the event of the producer\u2019s insol\u00adven\u00adcy.
