Gene\u00adral prin\u00adci\u00adples<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1191\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1191\"><p>All actions are based on the Basic Law, as well as the laws and regu\u00adla\u00adti\u00adons of the Fede\u00adral Repu\u00adblic of Ger\u00adma\u00adny, EU direc\u00adti\u00adves that are direct\u00adly appli\u00adca\u00adble, inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal regu\u00adla\u00adti\u00adons such as sanc\u00adtions that the Fede\u00adral Repu\u00adblic of Ger\u00adma\u00adny has under\u00adta\u00adken to imple\u00adment, and any agree\u00adments that Noven\u00adtiz has con\u00adcluded with its con\u00adtrac\u00adtu\u00adal part\u00adners. This appli\u00ades to all employees and bodies of Noven\u00adtiz.<\/p><p>The basic ethi\u00adcal prin\u00adci\u00adples of Noven\u00adtiz include inte\u00adgri\u00adty, cre\u00addi\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty, trans\u00adpa\u00adren\u00adcy and the pur\u00adsu\u00adit of excel\u00adlence in all are\u00adas.<\/p><p>Noven\u00adtiz pro\u00advi\u00addes ser\u00advices only and is the\u00adr\u00ade\u00adfo\u00adre not affec\u00adted by the Ger\u00adman Sup\u00adp\u00adly Chain Act. Beha\u00adviour towards com\u00adpe\u00adti\u00adtors, busi\u00adness part\u00adners and third par\u00adties<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1192\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1192\"><p>Noven\u00adtiz respects the rules of fair com\u00adpe\u00adti\u00adti\u00adon and does not enter into any unlawful agree\u00adments. The same appli\u00ades to par\u00adti\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adti\u00adon in public and pri\u00adva\u00adte ten\u00adders.<\/p><p>Noven\u00adtiz takes a firm stance against giving bri\u00adbes and avo\u00adids any impres\u00adsi\u00adon that its busi\u00adness decis\u00adi\u00adons could be influen\u00adced by cor\u00adrup\u00adti\u00adon. Employees are not per\u00admit\u00adted to take advan\u00adta\u00adge of their employ\u00ader\u2019s busi\u00adness rela\u00adti\u00adonships for their own bene\u00adfit or for the bene\u00adfit of their fami\u00adly or fri\u00adends.<\/p><p>If an employee beco\u00admes awa\u00adre of a mat\u00adter that rai\u00adses a sus\u00adpi\u00adci\u00adon of cor\u00adrup\u00adti\u00adon or eco\u00adno\u00admic crime, he or she must seek advice or assis\u00adtance in asses\u00adsing the situa\u00adti\u00adon. The first point of cont\u00adact is the line mana\u00adger or, alter\u00adna\u00adtively, the com\u00adpli\u00adance offi\u00adcer. Employees can also make anony\u00admous reports if they wish to remain anony\u00admous.<\/p><p>Invi\u00adta\u00adti\u00adons to busi\u00adness meals or events that are con\u00adsis\u00adtent with nor\u00admal busi\u00adness prac\u00adti\u00adces as estab\u00adlished by case law may be accept\u00aded as long as they do not con\u00adsti\u00adtu\u00adte impro\u00adper pre\u00adfe\u00adren\u00adti\u00adal tre\u00adat\u00adment \u2013 the same appli\u00ades to gifts.<\/p><p>It is pro\u00adhi\u00adbi\u00adted to pay any kind of bri\u00adbe, even indi\u00adrect\u00adly, to public offi\u00adci\u00adals or repre\u00adsen\u00adta\u00adti\u00adves of govern\u00adment insti\u00adtu\u00adti\u00adons, regard\u00adless of the amount. It is not per\u00admit\u00adted to use con\u00adsul\u00adtants, agents or other inter\u00adme\u00addia\u00adries to cir\u00adcum\u00advent this pro\u00adhi\u00adbi\u00adti\u00adon.<\/p><p>Con\u00adtri\u00adbu\u00adti\u00adons to poli\u00adti\u00adcal orga\u00adni\u00adsa\u00adti\u00adons, repre\u00adsen\u00adta\u00adti\u00adves or can\u00addi\u00adda\u00adtes may only be made in con\u00adsul\u00adta\u00adti\u00adon with the manage\u00adment and in accordance with the appli\u00adca\u00adble laws.<\/p><p>Dona\u00adti\u00adons must be trans\u00adpa\u00adrent, vol\u00adun\u00adt\u00ada\u00adry, and must not be tied to the expec\u00adta\u00adti\u00adon of a quid pro quo.<\/p><p>In case of doubt, employees must first seek the advice of the manage\u00adment.<\/p><p>Noven\u00adtiz does not tole\u00adra\u00adte any money laun\u00adde\u00adring and ins\u00adtructs employees to com\u00adply ful\u00adly with anti-money laun\u00adde\u00adring laws. They are requi\u00adred to report sus\u00adpi\u00adcious pay\u00adment methods and other tran\u00adsac\u00adtions to the manage\u00adment or the com\u00adpli\u00adance offi\u00adcer.<\/p><p>Honest, accu\u00adra\u00adte and clear report\u00ading and com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon within Noven\u00adtiz and to the public is of key importance. Noven\u00adtiz docu\u00adments its busi\u00adness acti\u00advi\u00adties and reports them to the com\u00adpe\u00adtent aut\u00adho\u00adri\u00adties as requi\u00adred by law. All tax and cus\u00adtoms decla\u00adra\u00adti\u00adons are made truthful\u00adly. Taxes and other fis\u00adcal char\u00adges are pro\u00adper\u00adly declared and paid. The legal requi\u00adre\u00adments for export con\u00adtrols, as far as they app\u00adly to Noven\u00adtiz, are com\u00adpli\u00aded with. Con\u00adflicts of inte\u00adrest<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1193\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1193\"><p>In order to avo\u00adid con\u00adflicts of loyal\u00adty, all employees are requi\u00adred to report to their super\u00advi\u00adsor in case of any con\u00adflicts of per\u00adso\u00adnal or finan\u00adcial inte\u00adrest with Noven\u00adtiz or its busi\u00adness part\u00adners. Infor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1194\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1194\"><p>Buy\u00ading, sel\u00adling or recom\u00admen\u00adding the buy\u00ading or sel\u00adling of assets on the basis of insi\u00adde infor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon is pro\u00adhi\u00adbi\u00adted. Noven\u00adtiz tre\u00adats insi\u00adde infor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon as strict\u00adly con\u00adfi\u00adden\u00adti\u00adal and does not pass it on to third par\u00adties. Insi\u00adde infor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon may only be dis\u00adc\u00adlo\u00adsed to employees or con\u00adsul\u00adtants on a need-to-know basis, and is always sub\u00adject to strict con\u00adfi\u00adden\u00adtia\u00adli\u00adty. This obli\u00adga\u00adti\u00adon con\u00adti\u00adnues for three years after ter\u00admi\u00adna\u00adti\u00adon of employ\u00adment.<\/p><p>In addi\u00adti\u00adon, data pro\u00adtec\u00adtion regu\u00adla\u00adti\u00adons, in par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar data con\u00adfi\u00adden\u00adtia\u00adli\u00adty and the GDPR must be com\u00adpli\u00aded with. Hand\u00adling per\u00adso\u00adnal data, inclu\u00adding \u2013 but not limi\u00adt\u00aded to \u2013 pro\u00adces\u00adsing, sto\u00adrage, dis\u00adclo\u00adsure or publi\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon, is pro\u00adhi\u00adbi\u00adted unless it rela\u00adtes to a spe\u00adci\u00adfic busi\u00adness task. Prin\u00adci\u00adples of respon\u00adsi\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1195\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1195\"><ol><li><strong> Prin\u00adci\u00adples of respon\u00adsi\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Noven\u00adtiz is awa\u00adre of its social and eco\u00adlo\u00adgi\u00adcal respon\u00adsi\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adties. Noven\u00adtiz respects human rights, oppo\u00adses any form of forced or child labour, does not tole\u00adra\u00adte any dis\u00adcri\u00admi\u00adna\u00adti\u00adon and pro\u00admo\u00adtes equal oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adties for all employees. Workers\u2019 rights are respec\u00adted, as are occu\u00adpa\u00adtio\u00adnal health and safe\u00adty.<\/p><p>Trea\u00adting the envi\u00adron\u00adment and resour\u00adces respon\u00adsi\u00adbly is a key aspect of Noventiz\u2019s cor\u00adpo\u00adra\u00adte iden\u00adti\u00adty. All employees and the manage\u00adment should base their actions on this pre\u00admi\u00adse.
