This may include, but is not limi\u00adt\u00aded to, the fol\u00adlo\u00adwing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a cri\u00admi\u00adnal offence, for exam\u00adp\u00adle fraud<\/li>\n<li>the dan\u00adger to the health and safe\u00adty of any per\u00adson<\/li>\n<li>end\u00adan\u00adger\u00adment of, or actu\u00adal dama\u00adge to, the envi\u00adron\u00adment<\/li>\n<li>a mis\u00adcar\u00adria\u00adge of jus\u00adti\u00adce<\/li>\n<li>con\u00adtra\u00adven\u00adti\u00adon of the law by the com\u00adpa\u00adny<\/li>\n<li>the belief that someone is cove\u00adring up wrong\u00addo\u00ading<\/li>\n<li>sus\u00adpi\u00adci\u00adon of modern slavery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pro\u00adce\u00addu\u00adre<\/h3>\n<p>In the first ins\u00adtance, you should dis\u00adcuss any con\u00adcerns with your line mana\u00adger or the line mana\u00adger of the per\u00adson about whom you have con\u00adcerns. You will recei\u00adve con\u00adfir\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon that we have recei\u00adved your com\u00adplaint within seven days, pro\u00advi\u00added we have your cont\u00adact details. You will be infor\u00admed of the results of the inves\u00adti\u00adga\u00adti\u00adon and any mea\u00adsu\u00adres taken no later than three months after your com\u00adplaint has been recei\u00adved. <\/p>\n<p>Noven\u00adtiz is com\u00admit\u00adted to con\u00adduc\u00adting its busi\u00adness fair\u00adly, jus\u00adt\u00adly and within the con\u00adfi\u00adnes of the law, and thus expects tho\u00adse who work for or with Noven\u00adtiz to share this com\u00admit\u00adment.
