After purcha\u00adsing Noven\u00adtiz GmbH, Noven\u00adtiz Dual GmbH, Noven\u00adtiz Digi\u00adtal GmbH and Noven\u00adtiz Digi\u00adtal GmbH, Noven\u00adtiz will beco\u00adme part of Reco\u00adno\u00admy Ltd.<\/p>\n
