The pre\u00advious Pack\u00ada\u00adging Act (Ver\u00adpackG) was repla\u00adced by the Euro\u00adpean Pack\u00ada\u00adging and Pack\u00ada\u00adging Was\u00adte Regu\u00adla\u00adti\u00adon (PPWR) and the Pack\u00ada\u00adging Law Imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adti\u00adon Act (Ver\u00adpackDG). The new rules estab\u00adlish a har\u00admo\u00adnis\u00aded legal frame\u00adwork for pack\u00ada\u00adging and pack\u00ada\u00adging was\u00adte across Euro\u00adpe and broa\u00adden the focus from was\u00adte dis\u00adpo\u00adsal to the enti\u00adre life cycle of pack\u00ada\u00adging. The Cen\u00adtral Agen\u00adcy Pack\u00ada\u00adging Regis\u00adter (ZSVR) pro\u00advi\u00addes a detail\u00aded expl\u00adana\u00adti\u00adon of this repla\u00adce\u00adment.<\/p><p>For many com\u00adpa\u00adnies, key obli\u00adga\u00adti\u00adons initi\u00adal\u00adly remain in place.
