Use of AI at Noven­tiz

Sin­ce dif­fe­rent soft­ware com­pa­nies such as ChatGPT or Deepl Wri­te made gene­ra­ti­ve arti­fi­ci­al intel­li­gence (AI) available on a wider sca­le, the are­as in which com­pa­nies can bene­fit from AI appli­ca­ti­on have been ste­adi­ly incre­asing. Noven­tiz is also curr­ent­ly test­ing how the­se pro­gram­mes can be used advan­ta­ge­ous­ly to make day-to-day work easier or redu­ce workload. We would like to stress that data pro­tec­tion is our top prio­ri­ty here.

Use cases of AI tools

We curr­ent­ly use AI tools for crea­ti­ve use cases. The­se include, for exam­p­le, con­tent rese­arch, brain­stor­ming, trans­la­ti­ons, sup­port in the crea­ti­on of con­tent or the auto­ma­ted for­mat­ting of texts. The AI-gene­ra­ted con­tent is never used unche­cked and unedi­ted. Ins­tead it ser­ves as inspi­ra­ti­on or tem­p­la­te and is pro­ces­sed into an over­all result as part of a crea­ti­on pro­cess.

The AI is never given access to cus­to­mer data, per­so­nal data or sen­si­ti­ve infor­ma­ti­on of any kind.
