Why did you hire Noven­tiz to pro­vi­de on-site was­te dis­po­sal ser­vices?

Befo­re working with Noven­tiz, we orga­nis­ed was­te dis­po­sal with various pro­vi­ders and inter­nal resour­ces, which was not only time-con­sum­ing but also a major logi­sti­cal chall­enge. We were the­r­e­fo­re dis­sa­tis­fied with the situa­ti­on and hired Noven­tiz in 2012 to opti­mi­se our was­te dis­po­sal.

We were very impres­sed by the per­so­na­li­sed ser­vice and proac­ti­ve sup­port pro­vi­ded by our per­so­nal cont­act, Mr. Welter.He knows our pro­ces­ses insi­de out and helps us to imple­ment effi­ci­ent and sus­tainable solu­ti­ons.

Working with Noven­tiz has great­ly sim­pli­fied our was­te dis­po­sal pro­ces­ses. Thanks to cen­tra­li­sed sup­port and relia­ble orga­ni­sa­ti­on, we can con­cen­tra­te ful­ly on our core busi­ness – safe in the know­ledge that all legal requi­re­ments are being met.

How did the part­ner­ship star­ted?

The first step was to ana­ly­se our was­te dis­po­sal situa­ti­on.. This invol­ved revie­w­ing was­te types, dis­po­sal fre­quen­ci­es and legal requi­re­ments in order to iden­ti­fy poten­ti­al for opti­mi­sa­ti­on.

Based on this ana­ly­sis, Noven­tiz pro­vi­ded us with a tail­or-made con­cept that inte­gra­tes effi­ci­ent coll­ec­tion and sepa­ra­ti­on stra­te­gies. Our goal was to sim­pli­fy pro­ces­ses, save time and ensu­re legal­ly com­pli­ant was­te dis­po­sal.

The con­cept was then imple­men­ted with the sup­port of Noven­tiz.

What exact­ly does Noven­tiz do for you?

Noven­tiz hand­les all was­te dis­po­sal for us at seven loca­ti­ons, ensu­ring effi­ci­ent and legal­ly com­pli­ant was­te manage­ment. This includes month­ly emp­ty­ing of grease traps to ensu­re the pro­per dis­po­sal of greasy was­te water. In addi­ti­on, Noven­tiz takes care of the dis­po­sal of was­te wood, glass, pla­s­tic film and mixed pack­a­ging, which are coll­ec­ted regu­lar­ly and dis­po­sed of in accordance with legal requi­re­ments. Food and food was­te is also dis­po­sed of twice a week.

Noven­tiz also repres­ents us in dealings with the local envi­ron­men­tal aut­ho­ri­ties.

This saves us valuable inter­nal resour­ces and allows us to con­cen­tra­te ful­ly on our core busi­ness.

How has Noven­tiz impro­ved your situa­ti­on?

Noven­tiz pro­vi­des a cen­tral point of cont­act who not only has exper­ti­se but also knows us and our pro­ces­ses insi­de out. This is effi­ci­ent and saves time and capa­ci­ty. The col­la­bo­ra­ti­on has saved us time and money.

Ano­ther bonus is trans­pa­ren­cy and relia­bi­li­ty: we know for sure that all regu­la­ti­ons are being com­pli­ed with and that our ope­ra­ti­ons are run­ning smooth­ly. Per­so­nal sup­port and proac­ti­ve com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on ensu­re that we com­ply with legal requi­re­ments, such as the Com­mer­cial Was­te Ordi­nan­ce, and that we con­ti­nu­al­ly review and adapt our con­cepts. In addi­ti­on, struc­tu­red was­te dis­po­sal has noti­ce­ab­ly impro­ved our ope­ra­tio­nal sus­taina­bi­li­ty.

How important is sus­taina­bi­li­ty at Andro­na­co?

Sus­taina­bi­li­ty is a cen­tral com­po­nent of our cor­po­ra­te stra­tegy. In addi­ti­on to envi­ron­men­tal­ly fri­end­ly dis­po­sal, we are incre­asing­ly focu­sing on regio­nal pro­ducts and have an orga­nic ran­ge in our assort­ment. We are curr­ent­ly working on a com­pre­hen­si­ve sus­taina­bi­li­ty report to make our pro­gress even more mea­sura­ble. We have set our­sel­ves clear goals that we are pur­suing in the long term.

We are com­ple­te­ly satis­fied and would recom­mend Noven­tiz 100%. We par­ti­cu­lar­ly app­re­cia­te the per­so­na­li­sed sup­port, clo­se cus­to­mer rela­ti­ons and proac­ti­ve approach to new chal­lenges.
