Dual System for sales packaging.
Simple and effective.
Sales packages that are incurred by the private end-user are to be included in a dual system. This is what the legislator requires in § 6 (1) sentence 1 of the VerpackV. As a dual system, NOVENTIZ Dual assumes the return and recycling of packaging which is incurred by the private end-consumer.
As part of the Noventiz Group, NOVENTIZ Dual stands for the reliable and legally secure documentation of the returned packaging as well as its environmentally sound recycling. In accordance with the Ordinance on Packaging, we draw up an annual verification of the flow of current by the expert.
